Description

Directions: 350ml of cold water or skimmed milk (for the smoothest result, use a blender). We recommend one serving per day around training. Two servings can be taken during periods of intense training. If you mix with skimmed milk you add an extra 14g of protein, plus 149 calories. Once mixed, keep chilled and consume within 3 hours.
